Return Window

Simple Care Kits accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

  • Return requests must be started within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be approved for return before being mailed back.
  • Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Purchased directly from simplecarekits.com.
  • Returned with proof of purchase or order number.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care products.

  • Opened or used nail files.
  • Opened or used foot buffers, pumice paddles, or heel tools.
  • Opened or used toe separators, pedicure sticks, or personal care accessories.
  • Items damaged after delivery because of misuse, storage, or normal wear.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

  • Email your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We may offer a replacement, refund, or corrected order depending on the situation.
  • Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed.
Important: Closeout, liquidation, and discounted items may still be eligible for return if they meet the unused, unopened, and original-packaging requirements above, unless a product page clearly marks the item as final sale.
