How to use it

Step 1

Start with clean, dry feet

Do not soak your feet first. Pumice works best on dry skin — soaking softens skin too much and can reduce the removal effect.

Step 2

Use firm pressure in short strokes

Work in short controlled strokes on the roughest areas. The large stone covers the full heel in fewer passes — no need to scrub aggressively.

Step 3

Continue to smooth, then finish

Once rough buildup is removed, move to a grit file for Step 2, then a buffer paddle for Step 3 to refine and finish the heel surface.
